ZERMA America does not guarantee that data and software that can be downloaded from this site are without errors. The software is checked for viruses by ZERMA America. We recommend, however, to use up-to-date virus protection software to check data and software after it is downloaded.

Explanation of Data Protection
As a rule, you can access all ZERMA America web pages without supplying any personal information. When your name, address or other personal data are required, you will be notified beforehand. Your personal usage data are used to design and improve ZERMA America services to make them as pleasant as possible.

Safety
ZERMA Equipment stores your data on specially protected servers in the Unites States. Access to it is limited to a few people authorized by ZERMA America who are involved in the technical, commercial or editorial support for these servers.
Right of Recall
If you demand that ZERMA America not use your personal information to contact you or that it be deleted, your request will be honored. Data that is required according to commercial principles or to handle an order are not affected by notice of termination or deletion. The consequences of a recall of personal data will be the loss of personalized service, since such service is predicated on use of customer data.
Use of Cookies
Text information is collected in cookies during an online session and stored in a special file in ASCII format (cookie.txt) on the user's hard drive. The user's browser controls where the cookie is stored. Cookies are information that will be sent back to the server during the next online visit. They can be ready only by the server that installed them.
ZERMA America employs cookies only when urgently required for a user function or to ease navigation of the site. The information is not disclosed to any third parties since cookies are used only for those functions.

The ZERMA America website generally does not include advertising. When this is not the case, the advertising is delivered through an external ad server. Data collected in connection with online advertising (ad impressions, ad clicks) are used solely for statistical evaluation and to generate reports for advertising customers. No personal data is used.
