ZERMA's GSC Series compact soundproofed beside the press granulators are designed with a complete soundproof enclosure resulting in quiet operation. Different rotor designs are available in 300 mm, 500 mm, and 700 mm diameters in widths from 300 mm to 1400 mm. A completely welded cutting chamber, in conjunction with the V-cut rotor technology, ensures dependable operation and universal application use. While delivering excellent soundproofing capabilities, the granulator’s housing still offers easy and quick access to the cutting chamber during rotor and stator knife changes, servicing, or screen changes. Accordingly, the GSC Series beside the press soundproofed granulators use the latest sound dampening technology and materials.
GSC Series granulator’s cutting geometry allows even voluminous materials to be ground. The complete GSC Series beside the press granulators line achieves a high-quality regrind independent of the material type or form such as injection molded parts, blow-molded parts, profiles, sheets, film, etc. Our GSC 300 beside the press granulator is mainly used in in-line operations for processing of rejected products, or runners and sprues. GSC 500 expands on the GSC 300 capabilities to be used as small central granulators for processing of medium-sized hollow thin-walled products, or runners and sprues. ZERMA'S GSC 700 is mainly used as central granulators for processing of large injected or blow-molded products as well as film. A small footprint, integrated soundproofing, and easy movability make the GSC Series Compact Soundproofed Granulators very easy to place in existing operations. With different rotor designs and a wide variety of options, the granulators can be tailored for many different applications.
